Tiger Army readies new album, "III: Ghost Tigers Rise!"

I had a chance to hang-out with Tiger Army in the studio this past week and hear a few songs from their upcoming record, "Tiger Army III: Ghost Tigers Rise." The new record is due out on June 29th and after hearing only four songs, I feel TOTALLY comfortable saying that this is going to be their best release yet!

The melodies, arrangements and vocals that I heard were intricate, yet incredibly complex; the music had an incredible "soaring" quality to it, yet kept the Rock 'n Roll/Psychobilly grit and guts intact. After hearing it, I just had the feeling that if the band was ever holding anything back -- they have let it all go on this one.

"Tiger Army III: Ghost Tigers Rise" is definitely a turning point not only for the band, but for the entire Psychobilly scene. In my opinion, the release of this album will re-establish Tiger Army's already strong position at the top of the "Psycho" heap!
