ESCAPE THE FATE WILL RELEASE THEIR NEW VIDEO FOR "SITUATIONS" VIA YOUTUBE ON OCTOBER 2ND
Las Vegas rockers Escape the Fate will release the boisterous new video for their latest single "Situations" on Tuesday, October 2nd via href="http://www.youtube.com/EpitaphRecords">Epitaph Records' Youtube Channel. Never shying away from the outrageous, and with a love for all things 80s glam metal, Escape the Fate have created a video classic for the 21st century. Directed by Zach Merck (href="http://www.epitaph.com/artists/artist/78/">Tiger Army, href="http://www.epitaph.com/artists/artist/5/">Bad Religion, href="http://www.epitaph.com/artists/artist/150/">Converge>), "Situations" pays homage to Van Halen's classic "Hot For Teacher" video with a salacious school boy fantasy that is as cheeky as it is incendiary. Check out the hot new teaser video href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0Bw_x1WEDg">here>.
Escape the Fate's infectious new single, "Situations," can be found on their latest release, Dying Is Your Latest Fashion. Produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette (Iggy Pop, Puddle Of Mud, Chevelle), the album delivers passion fueled melodies, driving guitar riffs and a bounding swagger that's reminiscent of the days when the Sunset Strip was overflowing with teased hair and short leopard print skirts.
The group's boisterous style and music is best witnessed at their highly energetic live shows. Escape the Fate spent the past summer recruiting new fans on the Van's Warped Tour and now the bawdy rockers are back this fall with their headlining US href="http://www.epitaph.com/news/news/2905">"Black on Black" Tour - where they plan to carry out their next phase in world domination.
