Tiger Army announce new album title and release date!

Band Confirmed for Warped Tour 2007 Main Stage, European Tour On-Sale Now

Los Angeles, CA -- On June 5th, Tiger Army and Hellcat Records will unleash Music From Regions Beyond, hailed as one of 2007's "Most Anticipated Albums" by Alternative Press.

The Southern California trio is hard at work on the follow-up to 2004's widely acclaimed III: Ghost Tigers Rise with producer Jerry Finn (AFI, Morrissey, Rancid). The forthcoming album, the first in the band's catalog without a number in its title, is set to include the strongest material of Tiger Army's career in the form of songs such as "Forever Fades Away" and "LunaTone."

Immediately following the album's completion, Tiger Army will headline the "Return from Beyond" tour across Europe. After that: a summer long slot on the 2007 Vans Warped Tour's main stage.

The three years between Music from Regions Beyond and Ghost Tigers have seen Tiger Army transform from a mere band to an international phenomenon.

After a lengthy run as direct support for Social Distortion, Tiger Army's own "Dark Romance Tour" ended with a five night stand at the Hollywood House Of Blues, followed a few months later by four nights back-to-back at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, California. All nine shows sold-out in advance.

A handful of shows with Morrissey in the US and UK preceded a fall 2006 tour with AFI. The AFI/ Tiger Army tour ended in front of a capacity crowd at the legendary Long Beach Arena, recently documented on the platinum selling band's new DVD (which also includes a guest appearance from Nick 13, who performs the song "A Single Second" with AFI).

Tiger Army's Music from Regions Beyond is sure to become another benchmark to the band's devoted legions who relate to the group's tales of lost love, alienation, self-reliance and esoteric spirit. Many of the band's fans adorn themselves with tattoos of the Tiger Army's signature "TigerBat" logo across their backs, chests and even hands and necks.

Tiger Army's self-titled first album (featuring AFI's Adam Carson on drums) still serves as a blueprint for new bands. II: Power of Moonlite remains a cult favorite. And III: Ghost Tigers Rise sharpened the song-craft and introduced even more 80s sensibilities, a la The Cure or New Order.

Expect Music from Regions Beyond to fully encapsulate and solidify the Tiger Army vision even more than any of its predecessors, seamlessly blending the most extreme elements with the smoothest invocations to the romance of darkness.
