The Nekromantix "Dead Girls Don't Cry" gets 5/5 from AP!

Rating: 5/5 - "What does it matter if you wear the right gear and turn out to be a fool?" Nekromantix's ridiculously coifed upright bassist/singer Kim Nekroman belts out, just after a Dani Filth-worthy screech, as his band blaze through a 1950s date with Motorhead on "Black Wedding." While the band's second full-length, Dead Girls Don't Cry, also dips into downright classy moments ("Backstage Pass To Hell" and "Ghoulina" come to mind), it never forsakes its dark vision, attitude or sincere passion. Dead Girls remains fresh, invigorating and sure to reanimate the corpses of any jaded record store browser burned out on the latest quick fix.
