The Matches announce tour plan with Less Than Jake!

(Epitaph, Los Angeles, CA) Oakland's punk quartet, THE MATCHES are gearing up for a week-long West Coast run with LESS THAN JAKE. Beginning September 26th in Seattle, the band will head south through San Francisco, and finish up in Las Vegas. The band is also confirmed to appear at the M3 Festival in Lake Elsinore on October 8th with Yellowcard, The Vandals, Letter Kills and more.

2005 marks a year of non-stop touring for THE MATCHES. The band kicked off the year with a brief run on the inaugural Epitaph Tour that featured THE MATCHES alongside label mates Matchbook Romance, Motion City Soundtrack and From First To Last. Following that tour, THE MATCHES appeared in Austin, TX at the annual SXSW music festival, and then co-headlined the Chain Me Away tour with the Plain White T's. This summer, they spent six grueling weeks on the Vans Warped Tour and are currently touring Europe with Reel Big Fish!
