Rancid has begun the recording of their new album!

The new Rancid record is being created as we speak, but it will not be out for some time; however, I have been cleared to give you a few details!

As of now, the album is untitled and is tentatively scheduled for a June 2003 release. Brett Gurewitz is acting as producer and Nick Raskulinecz as engineer! The name of the studio where it is being recorded is still a secret, seriously...I have no idea where they are doing it. Now, Brett won't tell us what the music sounds like specifically, but he did say, and I quote, "I'm am totally blown away by this album."
