Motion City Soundtrack drops another huge news update!

If you haven't heard by now, Motion City Soundtrack will be one of the few bands braving the elements and the holiday traffic to tour this holiday season. MCS will make their way from their hometown of Minneapolis to the East Coast to kick off a mini holiday tour supporting The Starting Line between Christmas and New Year's. The first show on December 26 at the Starland in Sayreville, NJ is getting close to being sold-out, and the band's two shows at the Trocadero in Philly (Dec. 27 & 28) are already sold-out. MCS will also do a headlining show on Long Island at the Downtown in Farmingdale, NY on December 29 (with The Reunion Show, As Tall As Lions, Tripside, and Band Camp supporting), before heading back to Minneapolis.

In other East Coast MCS news, the band regrets to inform everyone that it will NOT be performing on the upcoming MXPX/Simple Plan/Sugarcult tour on the following dates: Feb. 6 - Boston, Feb. 7 - New York City, Feb. 8 - DC, and Feb. 9 in Philadelphia. The band will still be performing on the tour from it's kick-off in Kansas City on Jan. 26 through the Detroit show on Feb. 4. The band apologizes for the inconvenience and hopes that everyone will still support the tour.
