Motion City Soundtrack and SPIN announced "Warped Reporter" contest winner!

SPIN.com chose Evan Lucy as the first winner in its Vans Warped Tour Reporter contest (read more) and sent the 19-year-old to the Raleigh, North Carolina stop on the tour to interview Motion City Soundtrack.
