Frank Turner Featured On Public Radio International's "The World"

Rising English folk-punk practitioner FRANK TURNER was featured on the popular radio show PRI's "The World" last week as eyes across the globe turned towards the unabashed pageantry of the royal wedding. TURNER, who was recently described by BBC1 Radio as"a guy with a guitar slung over his back who can command venues from living rooms to huge concert halls," served as something of amusical (and otherwise) counterpoint to the show's extensive royal coverage.

Host Marco Werman sat down with a decidedly well informed and self effacing TURNER to discuss being a self proclaimed "history geek," his relentless touring schedule, a personal apathy towards the royals, and the stirring new songs on Turner's much anticipated album England Keep My Bones which comes out June 7th.
